How much are the regular assessments (property owners association dues)?                            

• Lots 1-10    $165.00   per month   (2024)
• Lots 11-13   $130.00   per month   (2024)
• Lots 14-43  $ 94.00  per month    (2024)

When are they due?

• Billed on the 1st , due on the 20th of each month (net 20). Forms of payment include check, credit card or ACH.

 Do you have special assessments?

• Yes, on an as needed basis for capital improvements, repairs and/or reserves. These are voted on by members of the association and the board at the annual meeting. Typically, special assessments are due in the 4th quarter.

Do you have a resale certificate and transfer fee?

• Yes, $375.00 (total). Invoiced upon request and due and payable at closing of the sale or refinance.

How do I request a resale certificate and transfer package?
